As a group LogicTicks has in-depth experience of Project Management Offices (PMOs) in all of their forms, whether they be simple Project Support Offices helping with the administrative overhead of projects, or centres of excellence advising and guiding your projects and programmes. We have operated and helped organisations with everything from the simple PMO offering, up to complete portfolio control and aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals.
We have three service offerings in this space:
PMO Assessment giving a tailored maturity assessment of your PMO function and feedback on your project and programme delivery capability, identifying areas for improvement for the PMO function and recommendations on how those improvements can be executed.
Troubleshooting Service to review individual projects and programmes. We can provide an in depth review of the health and maturity of your portfolio together with an assessment, if required, of the capability of your project and programme workforce to effectively deliver. We will also highlight the key areas of risk and major issues via an independent assessment report illustrating the confidence of delivery.
Assurance Service which can take the recommendations and observations made from spot checks or a complete assessment and use them to help drive the current function towards an agreed maturity target level.
